Description: Heidi Dirkse-Graw, President and CEO of Dirkse Counseling and Consulting, will moderate a panel of employers representing business interests in the Pacific Northwest. The panel members will discuss how the pandemic is affecting businesses, and how they plan to move forward and even incorporate some of the lessons learned from this time post pandemic. The panel members will also discuss inclusion in their businesses and provide words of wisdom for Supported Employment professionals in the audience.

Description: We invite you to join this discussion that is focused around job development strategies from job developers in WA and OR. This discussion is going touch base on how different their different geographic regions have been affected by COVID and what job developers have done to still gain successful employment for job seekers. Participants will hear success stories and tips on how to provide remote services while working from home. Come learn something new straight from people in the field!

Description: To close out the 2020 Pacific Northwest Employment Forum we will hear from 3 dynamic speakers from across the Pacific Northwest: Chisa O’ Quinn, Wally Tablit, and Eric Thompson. Together, Chisa, Eric, and Wally will draw upon the information that was presented throughout the Forum and offer a vision for how to move forward gracefully, bravely, and passionately.  The presenters will share what moves them these days, and highlight the pivots, innovation, and the dance to keep us all going.


Description: After a remarkable 4-days, eat your lunch and celebrate the close of the 7th Annual Pacific NW Employment Forum virtually. You can expect stories to be shared and a fun wrap-up with colleagues, while eating your lunch. Come any time until 1:15pm for any final cheers and sharing. A final raffle item will be drawn for those attending.
