Alycia Anderson

Alycia Anderson is an international TEDx motivational speaker, disability advocate, adaptive product consultant, and corporate inclusion strategist. She is the founder and CEO of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC, and host of the Pushing Forward with Alycia podcast. Alycia specialize in helping organizations advance inclusion and accessibility, fostering a culture of engagement and business growth.

A wheelchair user since birth, Alycia holds a European Master’s Degree in Adapted Physical
Activity and is a tennis player, cyclist, and identical twin. She was named to California’s inaugural Insurance Diversity Task Force in 2024 and has collaborated with renowned brands like Netflix, Microsoft, Humana, Etsy and Victoria’s Secret, including modeling at NYC Fashion Week.

Alycia’s work has been featured in AT&T and Planet Fitness commercials, the Los Angeles Times, CNBC, Chicago Tribune, and more.

Alycia’s authenticity and charisma draw others to her, and she naturally connects with them to inspire, mentor, champion, and support. Alycia right sizes everyday obstacles to open minds to a world of possibility.

Scott Hatley

A native and resident of Portland, OR. Born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Scott Hatley is Co-Founder of INCIGHT. He graduated from the University of Portland. His commitment to positive change is evident in his collaborative creation of INCIGHT’s mission. He is passionate about busting the prevailing stigma in society so those with barriers can leverage obstacles in their life to contribute to their fullest potential.

Scott is a member of the Rotary Club of Portland. Scott served on the Board of Directors for the
United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, Exceed Enterprises and All Hands Raised, and
currently sits on the organization’s Partnership Council. The Portland Business Journal
recognized Scott as one Portland’s 2020 Executives of the Year for his leadership. He is also
recognized by several organizations for his service to the Disability Community, including the
Muscular Dystrophy Association (Personal Achievement Award recipient and 2004 national
finalist), Exceed Enterprises (2013 Londahl-Risley Award), ORPTI (2007 Youth Achievement
Award) and Exceptional Parent Magazine (2006 Distinguished Service Award).

Scott is an avid sports fan and frequently attends Trail Blazers games and local high school and
college events.
